Working with Chris has been a wonderful experience. From the initial consultation with the insurance adjuster, to working through newer building codes and adjustments in coverage, Chris and his team were excellent. Chris swings by after hail storms just to check in on us!
The Anderson Roofing and Construction Co was one of several who inspected our roof post hailstorm. Chris was professional, up-front with the process and I chose the Anderson team to replace our roof. They did a great job with replacement and cleanup
I wish I could give Anderson Roofing more than five stars. AR came to us highly recommended. We learned why. Chris and his team worked with our stubborn insurance company to win our claim approval for a new roof after a big hail storm; a claim that had been previously denied, twice. Chris and Beth provided us with great service, before and after the installation of our new roof!
Unfortunately, I can't recommend Anderson Roofing based on my experience. They came out to inspect the issue and said they would be back, but never followed up. I had to call multiple times just to get a response, and even then, there was no clear communication or commitment to return. Disappointed with the lack of follow-through and professionalism.
