My experience was great until I needed to cancel a policy. They ignored my request, charged my credit for all three policies, and then proceeded to ghost me for 6+ weeks. Luckily I called Safeco directly and got refunded and didn't need to dispute the charges, but Anderson Rogers completely dropped the ball in resolving a very non-controversial non-renewal with written notice ahead of renewal period.
I’ve been working with Anderson Rogers Insurance for 3 years and i’m more than satisfied with the level of service and professionalism they provide. Michael is one of the best and he was able to save me $450 when i renewed my car and home insurance! He always answer very quickly and listen to what you need and provide the best customer service!
