First time using this ER. Hopefully, never again. The registration lady, Quita (i think) was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She wouldn't get off her cell phone while my husband and i were checking in. It was a terrible, pain filled day for my husband and all she did was roll her eyes then joked about the reason we were there to the person she was on her cell phone to. Sickening. We were the only ones here when we got here to the ER. We've been waiting almost 3 hrs and haven't made it to the back. Now, the room is packed of people waiting to be seen. They must be understaffed or something. It's a good thing it's not a DYING emergency.
I honestly want to give them a 0 because I been waiting since 230 this afternoon in waiting room to get in the back and I never did get back there. If u don't want to die don't go to this hospital.they are garbage
