We were the only ones here when we got here to the ER. We've been waiting almost 3 hrs and haven't made it to the back. Now, the room is packed of people waiting to be seen. They must be understaffed or something. It's a good thing it's not a DYING emergency.

I honestly want to give them a 0 because I been waiting since 230 this afternoon in waiting room to get in the back and I never did get back there. If u don't want to die don't go to this hospital.they are garbage

Came in for actual cold symptoms, not once was I fully looked at for what I complained about. I was brought into the same room they take vitals in and a curtain infront of me. I had to beg for more testing, once it came back negative for the ONE test they decided to do, I got no medicine prescribed, nothing. I was givin the night to rest even though I feel absolutely terrible.
