I had a horrible experience trying to get my pool ready last year. I called Anderson to close it down and to open it this year. After a little work this is the best this pool has ever looked. Shout out to Niki, Abby and Terri. You guys are awesome.
We were customers of this pool company for two years, and unfortunately our experience was marked by poor communication, unexpected charges, and a lack of transparency. In 2025, we experienced multiple service visits where technicians were on the property for extended periods, including occasions when they remained in our driveway eating lunch. Anderson Pools replaced our 11 year old liner with a new Latham vinyl liner. Richie and his team did an excellent job, taking the old liner out and installing the new liner in less than a week. Roger replaced the 21 year old Hayward multiport valve and reconfigured the Color LED light, so I can control it remotely using the Omnilogic app. Great job!
