Fast and efficient replacement of our water heater. Called back within the day - squeezed us in the next morning. Cleaned up afterwards. No complaints.
Sent an email directly to the email address provided on their web site on March 28 for a quote. Two days later they responded asking for my phone number. I replied the same day with my number. No call back. Sent another email 2 days later. I still have the emails to prove it. It's been 13 days since my original email and never got any call. Can't comment on their plumbing skills but their communication skills are seriously lacking.
