It was a Saturday, luckily we were home. Water was coming from underneath the sink and seeped down through the basement ceiling. I called a large plumbing company (that we’ve used for a new furnace, hwt & a/c). They said someone would be over between 6-11pm. No show, no call! I called them, they said they rescheduled us to Sunday between 8am-1pm. Again, no show, no call. That’s it - I’m done with them!
