The plumber really went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just swapping out the seal ring and leaving, he took the time to carefully check everything and discovered that the whole bathroom floor was badly rotted and unsafe. He took out the toilet, sink, and vanity himself so the contractor wouldn’t have to spend extra time on it. Unclear if this is a company in business or this number is accurate. Called twice from my work phone and personal phone- each time someone answered, upon saying hello and asking if this was Anderson plumbing they immediately hung up on me and upon calling back number was no longer in service or call was blocked.

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing team. My husband and I were really stressed about our sewer line issues, especially after our insurance first refused to cover any of the repair costs. Thankfully, Geoffrey in the office worked with our insurance company and managed to get them to pay for half of the repairs, which was a huge relief for us.
