I have lived in this apartment complex for several years. Unfortunately, every year the cost is increasing and the service getting worst. If your air-conditioner is broken and you seat at 100F in your apartment they ask you to report the problem to the office and not to call emergency. The office is often closed during the business hours and you have nobody to complain. It can take up to a month to fix air-conditioner. Don't ever move in here it took me 4 months to get them to replace my dishwasher racks has had mold in there since the day I moved in my toilet leaked for 2 months causing water damage down stairs are leaking toilet water runs down to the guy below us still have not fixed
