Never again! There are far too many pest control companies to deal with them again. Hired in May to do a whole house check on my mother's house and determine the source and type of flying bug infestation in 1 room. I gave a credit card over the phone at time of scheduling because someone else had to meet the tech. Tech came, only checked the one room, sprayed some bug spray, took a sample of the bug "to check in the lab" and would let us know. Never heard from him.
