I always feel that Dr. Penuela allows all the time necessary to share all the information I need to understand my condition and treatment.
Doctor did not even realize I have a heart murmur. Blood pressure was through the stratosphere and made no change in medication. Recommended I come back and see him in six months. Nice guy, but if you need a real cardiologist he is not the one.
