We had been looking at replacing a large portion of our driveway in the back of our home, but we were worried because of a two inch concrete topper that a prior owner had installed to hide some unknown problem. The topper was on the portion of the driveway being demolished as well as the porte cochere floor that was slab and adjacent to the portion being replaced.
