My granddaughter went in on 3/18/26 her mom was told that the psychiatrist would be there to see her. That he was making a special trip to see her, because she was in inpatient at AN medical ( which was sorry) they switched her medicine around and was worse. So she had came just to get dr to switch her medications again. The Dr. was not there, so that put her in to see the NP. This NP did not read any of my Granddaughter’s history. went here in an attempt to get a psychological evaluation with my father, or at least get referred to someone who could do that. Spent about 20 minutes talking to some nasty lady who questioned me having autism and not taking us seriously (i was diagnosed with that years ago) and eventually referred us to a therapist which was helpful but did not give us the service we were looking for. Therapist was very kind tho

Dr Carter is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't listen to you when you're trying to explain about your child. She has no compassion and is often very unkind. She should retire.

I understand now why this clinic has 1.8 stars. They’re incredibly difficult to work with and the amount of people/hoops they make you jump through is enough to make you want to not see them.
