This office does not operate with compassion or transparency. They lied to me about my own medical records MULTIPLE TIMES which is incredibly unethical. They did so while I was in an incredibly vulnerable mental state, which I suspect was caused by the medication they prescribed me. Rather than trying to help me during a crisis, they locked me out of care. They have no desire to actually help their patients. This entire experience was incredibly damaging and traumatizing. I don’t leave reviews often, but I recommend staying away from this office. I sought care from this practice during a particularly vulnerable period of my life. On multiple occasions, I was given information about myself and my medical records that I knew for a fact was inaccurate. When I raised concerns about these discrepancies, they doubled down on their statements rather than addressing my concerns. Have been with Dr Anderson for years. She is incredibly knowledge able, especially in terms of the delicate balance with medication. I have learned a lot from her. She is attentive and listens carefully. Also, she is always prompt. I have several chronic health issues and am very particular in choosing my providers! I have never encountered a negative issue with her staff. 5 stars for Dr Anderson. 1 star for a front office staff of 3 people who won’t answer a phone. No way to contact this office other than leave a message. Not a proper set up.

So, my husband's a patient of dr. Anderson and im on the privy list. My husband has bi polar and went off his lithium. I found 2 unopened bottles and he admitted to throwing out a third. My husband was also drinking A lot of alcohol. He was showing signs of mania, and I was concerned.
