My 92 yr old mom has been without power for 23 hours. She has health issues and is suffering. We can't reach anyone for an answer about when power will be restored.

Anderson utilities are starting to help me understand what its like living in North Korea.
I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR but have to so this will post. I just moved over here from a different county and my power has been out more over here than in 25 years in my other house. Now going on the third day! This NEVER happened with the company I had at my other home. If you can't keep up with repairs, workers, maintenance, and supplies, sell it to a power company that can please.
