We have had no power for more than 19 hours and all I can talk to is an automated phone system, just went to the store yesterday and now it is all bad this is outrageous no one called to update me on the power outage
Update: if you Google anderson indiana power you can access a outage map. Seems to be working much better Poor service. Outage map never works
This town is absolute garbage with these power outages. I cant believe we stay here. Its about time we stand up for better service I have had more power outages in the last year than in 50 years. GARBAGE CITY
Power is out at 1am 8/8/25. The weather is perfectly clear. I've called the emergency number posted on the website and all you get is a dial tone followed by a single ring then the call ends. No means of getting ahold of anyone to fix the problem.
I just found another review posted 45 minutes ago explaining my same frustrations. You call to report but you get a busy signal then it hangs up, I pay my bill on time every time but the consistency of service sucks.
