Easily one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've had. I saw my primary doctor for years before he transitioned to anderson medical group and eventually this location. Once that happened, everything went downhill. I would show for a scheduled appointment and they would tell me there was no fee due - then months later I would find out they sent me to collections for not paying the fee. Nah, this place isn't it. For almost a full year now I keep having to fight a ~$300 bill for an annual checkup. The hospital keeps telling me it's my insurance, the insurance keeps telling me it's the hospital, and in circles I go month after month as they keep sending me bills. I keep being told from both sides it will be taken care of, over and over, and over. It's a frustrating process.
