This is the most unprofessional medical clinic I have ever gone too , I Stopped going there because every time I went to go see my doctor he would be on his phone playing games and would not listen to what I was telling him what’s wrong with me. I have been calling there at least a dozen times in two weeks and no one will return my calls, don’t waste your time with this place
RecommendedDr M. is a great Doc. he found my husband had a very bad cancer on his head. he had two surgeries now he is going for radiation treatments without the Doc finding this my husband could of died.Great place.
Can't get through to this medical facility by phone for any reason. Established patient with a real reason for medical attention is ignored. Day 2 of waiting for a stupid ERAF to be sent to the Physicians Wound Center from Blackmon while hubby's infected surgical incision continues to get worse. Come on people please get that ERAF to the Physicians Wound Center so Scott can get the infection cleared up!

Both myself and my caregiver have been trying to reach the FNP I have started to see in the past two months. Unfortunately I'm not happy with her follow through. I called my pharmacy and there isn't a prescription for the medication there? We talked about doing certain blood test and the test was not on the form. I have left messages for her to ask about these things. I got a call back once on info I need to give her. But to no avail I haven't received a call back since that time from her or her assistant. I'm in and out get my meds been there on time love how they are quick and efficient how they take care of their community when it they are called upon when it moved for nothing love my Dr Mehton :) and this staff treat me with respect everytime I come in for myself for my grandkids.
Our doctor moved out of the area so I had to find a new doctor for my family. My father has seen Dr Ault here and so we came to Anderson Medical Associates. We have all seen Dr Blackmon and he is a great doctor. Very professional and thorough. I have had to call the last three weeks to follow up on records and referrals leaving messages and never hearing back. I have med refills still waiting on and now have a call in to talk to the office manager. This is not right to wait weeks for things the doctor said he would sign off ... read more
