Small business that remembers their clients very well. Very efficient and caring service
I took my Yorkie to Crosskeys on Monday because he was breathing weird. The doctor said he looked fine and diagnosed him as being stressed. He never took any test, drew any blood etc…just took his temperature. The next day we had to return because he seemed to be having more difficulty breathing and was not sleeping well. He would not eat or drink and was not his playful self..same as Monday. Again the doctor felt he was fine..I knew he was not. He then said he would do bloodwork finally! The vet is on my dog was okay but he was he's acting kind of crazy but however the receptionist was weird I think I'll be canceling my appointment I don't think I want to go she's not very nice she'll stare at you and won't talk to you no small talk my dog since a lot of them a whole lot of hostility so we won't be returning.
Cross Keys Animal Clinic has a nice, professional and intimate feel! The staff are really nice and my vet is professional, attentive to my pet and very efficient! We are always in and out and the price for services are very reasonable! I’m glad I found them!
