Order R326698 I've been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and couldn't say enough great things, but this time my luck ran out. First problem was delivery. I set it up for last Friday before Noon as I had a crew waiting to spread. About 11:30 still no show so I called only to hear that my order was put in the Saturday delivery folder, not Friday's! Bad customer service. I called to ask about pricing and how they sell their soil for a home project, and the minute I mentioned I was downtown Chicago the woman interrupted me and said they don't deliver to the city (which wasn't my question at all. I explained I knew that as it lists locations on their website and started asking about how they sell their soil, and again she interrupted rudely with her answer. The service over the phone was so rude that even if I lived in the area I wouldn't want to give them my business.
