Roberto’s business practices were poor, and his customer service was absolutely terrible. He was constantly arguing with us, which was frustrating. We’re taking our business elsewhere because of this.
Terrible customer service. Could not care less about their customers
Came with a full trailer at 3:45 and they wouldn’t let us dump after driving 40 minutes. Bald Guy at the door was rude and unpleasant.
Terrible customer service. Runs a bad business
I've worked with over 40 gravel suppliers this year alone and have never had my card charged multiple times for a single order, let alone on two consecutive days. I was charged three times for the exact same amount despite placing only one order. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Be cautious when providing your payment information.
