Bought vehicle from them. Test drove it and wife love it. They had to do some work to it. Came back to purchase the vehicle the next weekend. Sales staff were very friendly. We live 5 1/2 hours away, so it was long trip back. We were on our way back and my wife was following me at good distance. Halfway across the country away from North Branch, MN, I took the leap and bought a used F 150 from them, unseen but for the Web pictures. Brad Erickson and A&K did not disappoint. Brad was easy to deal with, professional, responsive, polite, and answered my questions in a timely manner. The truck was as advertised and to date, I am happy with my purchase. I probably won't be able to send him business from 1,400 miles away but would not hesitate if it came to it.
I had been looking for a pick up and was excited to see that Anderson Koch Ford had what I was looking for. I wanted to buy local and was excited I was able to do that. Don helped me find what I needed and was super helpful through the whole buying process. I never felt pressured but felt Don trying to help me find something to fit my needs.
