My wife brought her expedition in for electrical problem. Three weeks and fourteen hundred dollars later the vehicle is back home with a new alternator it didn't need and the problem is not fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone unless it is for warranty work. On second thought go to a different dealer even for warranty work.
