Very good job
Halfway across the country away from North Branch, MN, I took the leap and bought a used F 150 from them, unseen but for the Web pictures. Brad Erickson and A&K did not disappoint. Brad was easy to deal with, professional, responsive, polite, and answered my questions in a timely manner. The truck was as advertised and to date, I am happy with my purchase. I probably won't be able to send him business from 1,400 miles away but would not hesitate if it came to it.
I had been looking for a pick up and was excited to see that Anderson Koch Ford had what I was looking for. I wanted to buy local and was excited I was able to do that. Don helped me find what I needed and was super helpful through the whole buying process. I never felt pressured but felt Don trying to help me find something to fit my needs.
