We highly recommend this dealership. We recently bought a new vehicle. It was one of the best experiences we've had at a dealership. All questions were answered, no pressure to buy and all in all the staff were fair, honest and friendly.
If you want to pay 80 bucks to see if a window is under warranty because of a known defect in the glass and still be denied warrenty (not Anderson fault) then have it quoted for repair and the bill is magically higher when you go to pick it up, feel free I myself will not do business with them again
Big shout out to mason(service Manager) and Crystal (service Advisor). our 2021 sorento needed some warranty work. they took us in and followed up almost everyday. This is the place to go unlike London airport kia. London airport kia does not want to do any warranty work.

I came in for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition my car was returned in. When I checked the glove compartment (desk box), it had been clearly used by someone with oily hands — it was dirty and stained. To make matters worse, there was also an oil spot on the front seat.
