Service staff and manger not helpful and lack follow up and scheduling you in. August 4 came in to see problem occurring - advisor said they would replace parts again to figure out problem. No one called to follow up and book the appointment I had to call them. Aug 21 came in to have first part replaced when service opened package was wrong one (I understand this happens and is not service or advisors fault) then advisor told me she’d order the part and get me in the following Tuesday. I had the best experience with Zach and Mary. They are both so helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions I had or emails I sent.
