Made an appointment with DOCTOR Anderson because I suddenly lost hearing in one ear (deaf for THREE WEEKS) I had been to THREE doctors already and had all the usual treatments so I went to an ENT. But a got a little girl who was a VERY recent CNP graduate. She prescribed two nose sprays and said "come back in FOUR WEEKS! She didn't look in my ears or ask any questions! NOPE. On to an actual doctor.
From start to finish, Dr. Anderson and his staff were so kind to my daughter for her T&A. Being 5, she was aware enough to know what was going to happen and they never brushed her off or failed to sufficiently answer her questions. Following the surgery, instead of rushing through, Dr. Anderson was kind enough to sit down with me and walk me through how everything went. They even called regularly to check on her during healing process. I can not recommend this office enough!
A very professional and thorough doctor. He is the best in town. If you need an ENT doctor this is the one. Wonderful doctor and excellent staff.
Very easy to get appointment, in and out quickly. Very nice staff. Returns phone calls promptly and genuinely concerned about your health.
