DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! We certainly got their "Signature Experience." They did a terrible job on our home. Delay after delay after delay. Repeatedly not following the plans. Walls in the wrong places, doors framed in at the wrong places. Terrible communication. We were supposed to get calls each Monday with updates - none, not one. True Custom Builer – We bought land in the Havenwood development in New Braunfels several years ago.
