We have purchased 4 new vehicles from here. We received routine service visits. They did not rotate her tires like they said they did and now at 20,000 miles, she needs 2 new tires. Service manager was not helpful and tried to say she has 5-10K more miles on the tires, despite 3 other tire places telling us otherwise and that the tires were not rotated. Dealership was not willing to correct the problem.
Got an oil change and they checked my brakes, battery, and rotated my tires for free. It was almost $100 dollars but if you don't drive alot you only need your oil changed every 6 months.
