RecommendedI delivered on Thursday last week (6/28) during the crazy storms. Power was going in and out, sirens were going off! It was crazy! I would like to recognize nurses Lisa, Michelle and Brittany during my delivery. They encouraged me and help me push through the pain and craziness of the evening! Delivering an almost 10lb baby isn’t easy! They helped me get around with smiles on their faces. The staff are very helpful, and genuinely care about you. There really isn’t a long wait, but if there is, they try to move as quickly and efficiently as they can. The doctor throughly checks every symptom at least twice before they say anything. That’s after your nurse takes extensive notes on what you say about your symptoms. The facility is really clean and comfortable.
My labor and delivery team were amazing!! My nurse was very kind and always there when i needed her! My post care wasn't that great. I delivered my baby on a Saturday and there was no lactation consultant on duty over the weekend. Being a first time mom, I was clueless on how to nurse. We didn't get much help, a nurse came in and would help for one second and leave and told me to call if i needed help. I ended up having to supplement while in the hospital bc i couldn't get my baby to latch or eat.
I delivered both of my daughters here. The nurses were amazing! Thank you for all of your care and support.
