Staffs rude and if you have any chronic illness they will blame everything on that and send you on your way they don't even try making sure the issue isn't deeper

This is the second time that I have been here. They are very friendly and professional. I was going to go to the Wood River Ugent care, which is closer to my home, but it is closed. I was able to get in quickly as there was no one else there because of the weather this day, but the last time I was they had quite a few people and they moved like a well oiled machine. Never experienced a long wait time; friendly and caring staff
As they are listed as an in network location for veterans to use their urgent care benefit, I would have expected the front check in to adhere to the expectations of being an in network provider. In stead of following the contractual expectation for them to call optum in zone 2 to verify eligibility status and obtain the referral number, I was given a direct “we do not make calls at all”. As veterans can not make this call themselves, the clinic bypasses the first aspect of the urgent care benefit as an in network provider. ... read more
