Yesterday, my Honda CRV chimed with an oil change requirement. This didn’t make sense because I had service, including an oil change, done in December (four months ago) and the car had been driven only 500 miles. I brought it in, and Min in Service listened to my concern. She popped the hood and looked at the oil which looked clean. She said the oil check reminder must not have been reset. How is their shop so incompetent? They only work on one brand of car, yet the entire staff struggles to figure out the simplest repairs, almost like they've never seen a car before. The service writers, the "technicians", even the valet are incompetent. It's obvious from an outside perspective that the only thing that these guys are interested in is billable hours, so I recommend steering clear of these guys.
I had a great experience purchasing a new accord hybrid. Chris Baker was excellent!
