DO NOT BUILD OR BUY AN ANDERSON BUILT HOME!!!! If you check the BBB you will see they have a problem with honoring their warranties. Just because the BBB closes the complaint, doesn't mean they did anything about it. And don't even get me started with the A+ rating - yea right! My house is a piece of junk and they never came back to repair or fix all of the items on my warranty list until it expired and then they were like - oh well too bad - your warranty expired. That's major BS!!!!!
