Talked with McKenzie before ever going into the store. She was very cordial and more than willing to research the availability of the item I wanted. She then spoke with me when I went into the store to browse. Answered my questions and took calls later, readily until I had decided on my purchase! Great Job McKenzie! PS Price on my new washer was fair and equal to competitors in big name store in Springfield.
