We absolutely love this pediatric office! Everyone is always so kind, respectful, and helpful, and they make everything so easy for our family. The texting feature is one of my favorite things, especially with little ones at home. It makes communication so convenient and takes a lot of stress out of managing appointments and questions as a parent. They never answer their phones. You always have to leave a message, and you never know when that callback is coming, so you are often not available. Then you call back and leave another message. And then miss their callback...
Every experience we’ve had with AHP with both our kids has been great, especially when it comes to getting in touch for a sick visit or simply medical advice — especially when something pops up after business hours.
