Absolutely terrible experience. My son went in for a flu shot, and the nurse was extremely rushed and poked him two times and scratched him horizontally and vertically because she couldn’t wait five seconds for us to hold him. I saw the solution dripping down his arm, and there was some left in the syringe. His arm is an absolute mess and now we are concerned for vaccine injury because it was not administered intramuscularly. Dr. Broderick refused to listen to my concerns about my son and was talking to me like I was ignorant. I called on call about my son throwing up and was told off about not using their weekend on call service for those things. I do not recommend anyone using this office fir their children unless you like being put down and belittled.
I’ve been taking my kids to AHP for 21 years. I have always been extremely happy with them and so have all my kids.
