We lost our AC mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. Chris Watson with Anderson Air was able to come to our house the next morning, diagnose the issue, show and explain the problem very thoroughly, and schedule our repair for the next day. Cristian Alvarado and team worked all day long to install the new air and AC unit to completion. We had AC running again by Thursday evening. All during the hottest days of the year so far. Phenomenal customer service and sense of urgency that any anyone would be happy with.
Chris did a fantastic job. He came out the same day we called even though it was the weekend. Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him.
