We have been Anderson customers for 28 years. They have always been honest and professional. If the unit can be repaired, that’s what they do instead of trying to sell a new unit. I appreciate their quick response time. They have always shown up the same day I call. I highly recommend them.
Saul Lopez was extremely pleasant and very thorough in checking out my air conditioner this afternoon. I appreciate that I got a text and a picture of him. He phoned letting me know when he would be arriving. He invited me to shadow him so I could learn more about my unit and what he was evulating. He was very objective in his evaluation and educating me what options were available if I were to choose any if needed. All in all, a great visit.
