I was very satisfied with Brian and Ian today. They called to let me know they were coming and arrived timely. They were very fast and efficient and kept me informed on what they found with my swamp cooler. They found a few things to clean out and found a leak that was running on to my roof and under my solar panels. They did their best to resolve the leak and we are hoping it will hold till next summer when I can replace it. Efficient and gave a reasonable price
I had a guy come out for a mini split ac install and he told me that he’d send over the quote later that day, never got it. Called, no reply. If I can’t even get a quote sent, how do you think the actual job/work would be. Slackers
Maintenance person was not personable. We were quoted one price from the company and a larger price from the maintenance person. This was just a simple maintenance service. The maintenance person cleaned a filter inside the house and left dirt on the floor, even though he had his own vacuum.
