Anderson squeezed me in on a last minute to diagnose/repair an inoperable a/c. The office staff was pleasant and professional. The service tech, Cole, showed up on time and prepared. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He had the a/c back on line within 30 minutes, which was important on a day approaching 100°. Overall it was a far better experience than what I expected with a HVAC problem. The cost was also very reasonable.
Ian was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. Chelsea and office staff took immediate care to get us on the schedule. Thank you for your diagnostics. See you next week !
