The worst experience ever! I was super excited to finally see a woman of color but I ended up extremely disappointed. She was cold, dismissive, with poor bedside manner. She pulled my IUD out while performing the Pap smear! She was very unapologetic and simply stated “that’s never happened before”. She has no resolution UNTIL I asked for one. Stacy Anderson is the least personable and professional doctor I have ever dealt with. She’s cold, empty inside, and standoffish. She IS the receptionist. She sent me for the wrong tests, not knowing what to do for my issue, resulting in me paying 1k for tests I did not need. I went to capital women’s care in hagerstown and they got my issue figured out in minutes. IS THIS WOMAN REALLY A DOCTOR???
Apparently Dr. Anderson closed down her practice in Martinsburg, WV without even informing her patients. I called in February 2025 to schedule my yearly exam and got a voice message that the office will be closed as of a certain date. I called the following week again and got the message that the office was closed. She could have at minimum send out communications to her patients before moving.
