On a recent trip, my drivers side window was struck with a large rock or piece of debris from a passing truck - it left a major pit and fracture. I called Anderson Ford Body Shop and worked with a knowledgeable and courteous woman who analyzed the problem and found me a good, affordable option for repair. The part was ordered, came in the following day; I received a call immediately and was invited in for the next day at my convenience.
