Very helpful, constant communication was timely and I was satisfied. However, I had to ask if the car had sold already. I already knew that it had, but they waited until I reached back out to them. Then attempted to ask if I was interested in another car instead.

The dealership was quick to get back in touch with us. When we arrived, they were ready and very helpful. We ended up purchasing from them.
I didn't realise how low the ratings here and in Google were before trying to make a deal. They are deserved. The entire advertising process is purposely misleading and in my opinion illegal. The communication with the dealership started out as "WE are having an amazing sale on this vehicle," with pricing and all advertising without any qualification saying that they were offering a roughly $4k off the truck. RecommendedI was having a problem with my mustang and I called all the Ford dealers in my location and none of them were as helpful at Anderson fords service department. They told me they were booked for 2 weeks and I explained the problem to them and they got me in the next day since I had a serious problem, if you are needing a Ford dealership to help you I recommended this place, by far the best customer service out of all of the ones around this area.
