I only spoke once to Michelle and she seemed to be friendly and professional. I dealt with the Cambridge office and right from the beginning I did not feel real comfortable, it started with”oh, it is one of those sales”, as my brother and I live outside of NY. Then as time went on I feel I was given wrong information i.e., you can’t turn the electric off because the new owner has to have electric when they move in.
