My wife and I moved into a home back in 2019 that had a Pellet woodstove, and we've been using Anderson since that for both Education ("how does this darn thing work?!?") to cleanings, and I've got to say - they've always been amazing. Even though I do try to give it a good cleaning regularly, the technicians from Anderson do seem to do a better job of it - and the Pellet stove always works better once they've been through it.
