horrible!! We have used Laura for 2 other mortgages in the past. The the 3 rd time was a mess, our closing was prolonged 1 week due to lack of preparation on her part! No explanation on apologies were offered. After the first close date was missed she gave numerous other close dates which she was not prepared to meet anyways. P@!s poor customer service. Bottom line i would never use her again!
