Absolutely terrible manners for a veterinarian. Completely unprofessional and ignorant to people who don’t have the same values or beliefs. Wouldn’t step within 5 feet of this place because of the ignorance behind the doors.
I would NOT recommend anyone bringing their pets to this facility. Not even a stray. For one, the way they treat clients is unreal. Extremely rude and bitter. They have no work ethic, therefore how do they treat our animals??? On top of that the place is very dirty. I give ZERO stars really
Michael Anderson harassed a friend of mine while she was trying to make an appointment for 3 cats. All she asked was, what shits they needed and pricing. He threatened to sue her as well.
I spent the past 6 months feeding/taking care of a feral cat. I very patiently/slowly gained the cat’s trust. Upon doing so, I felt it my duty to have him neutered. After the surgery Dr. Anderson sent me the cat’s vaccination/neuter records. He included a letter telling me he didn’t like my facial expressions or snappy retorts during the check-in process and wishes I seek future veterinary services elsewhere.
