Dr Anderson is great but the front office staff are so rude. Me and my family have been going to them for years but after today we will find another place to go.

My first, but not my last experience with Anderson Eye Care was positive in every way! It started by walking into tasteful office being greeted by a friendly staff who far exceeded most I’ve dealt with. Dr. Muse was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I chose my glasses with the help of 3 staff members. They took time and made me feel like they really cared and wanted me to be happy with my choice. I would rate my overall experience a 5+.
My first visit here and very pleased. Staff is very welcoming and went above and beyond to help me find the frames right for me. Dr. Muse is very thorough and explained everything. He is funny and easy to talk to. I recommend them and will be coming here for as long as I need to.
Today Dr Gregory Muse,OD Manchester TN treated my client with utmost professionalism and respect anyone could ever ask for. My client can’t speak but he managed to compete the entire exam talking to her and asking her questions to get her fitted with the glasses she needs. So many people shy away from persons with communication disorders but not this man. He is awesome.

I just purchase a pair of glasses and sunglasses that I fell in love with. The people there were very nice very attentive. I was there I think maybe about an hour and a half, and being there that time almost made it like we were family already. They are very easy to talk with, they made me feel comfortable, and they helped me with picking the right one for me. I am a very picky person when it come to my eye glasses. I left there feeling satisfied with what I chose. Thank you
My husband and I both have been seeing Dr. Anderson for years. We both love our visits there. Dr. Anderson is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. He answers all our questions so that we understand his findings. The entire staff is courteous and professional. I just got new frames and have had many compliments. The best thing though, is that I can see really well again!
