I haven't had a chance to use this company yet, however, I will definitely be using them when I need repairs done because of their honesty and helpfulness. I reached out to them in December regarding some water coming in on the slider track for some of my windows. Google seemed to imply this could be normal, however, I wasn't sure. What a great team of people to work with! Courteous, thoughtful, caring, organized, prompt, clean, professional, with excellent quality replacment glass used in my sliding door. I cant wait to have them back in the future for my foggy front window panes.

We thought we needed a new front door, ours was misaligned and stuck terribly when opening and closing. Our window and door representative suggested we contact Anderson Door and Window Mechanics to see if they could repair our door. Their initial contact was very professional and efficient. We provided all of the requested photos/information and they were out within a few weeks. Bob did a great job on our door, realigned it, and made some other adjustments, voila, no more sticking door!
