I haven't had a chance to use this company yet, however, I will definitely be using them when I need repairs done because of their honesty and helpfulness. I reached out to them in December regarding some water coming in on the slider track for some of my windows. Google seemed to imply this could be normal, however, I wasn't sure. I reached out to a number of companies - most either wouldn't get back to me or told me I needed to replace my windows immediately. What a great team of people to work with! Courteous, thoughtful, caring, organized, prompt, clean, professional, with excellent quality replacment glass used in my sliding door. I cant wait to have them back in the future for my foggy front window panes.
