Everyone was very nice! The nurse helped me link my charts on my phone to my other doctor's. Dr. Lott has my A1C down to 6.5. Fast, friendly, and excellent service!! Highly recommend!
The staff at Baptist Anderson were friendly, efficient, and courteous. I did not have to wait to be seen. My physician explained my plan of care. I am improving daily.
I really like Dr. Lott a lot. I think he really can help me get my sugar under control. He broke it down for me, for me to understand it better. My appointment was at 1 it was about 1:30 before I got checked it. Michelle was great. I just think one of the nurses could’ve checked me in.
