No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
