My experience was terrible. I was with my mother and we were there at 2:00 and our appointment was at 2:30. So when it was 2:30 they never called us in and we had to wait intill 6:39 and at first they told us 2 people were ahead just getting a cleaning. And there very racist because we were the only colored people there. The dentist was run by Hispanics and they treated us unwelcome and disrespectful.
There is only one Dentist at this location. They accept walk-in but if you are not the first five people expect to wait 2-5 hours until they start asking you for your personal information. I have not made an appointment but since it's only one dentist I'd imagine the wait is the same as a walk-in. I got my teeth whitened here before and he did a good job. Just expect to wait for a really long time and possibly bring a chair too.
