After 9 days of mostly excellent service at Mercy, my Dad has unfortunately transitioned to comfort care on 2E Cardiac for the last 3 - all of which have been in Dr. Anderson's case load (with the first 6 in the incredible Dr. Murdych's). My aunt and I met with her yesterday and felt like we were being spoken AT, with little room to converse, understand or ask questions. The most thoughtful Dr. I have come across. You don’t really want to end up needing Dr Anderson but if you do you are in great hands.
She is a rude, condescending, cold Dr. with ZERO bedside matter. She has insulted my entire family when we need compassion, and Kindness the most. She interrupts, does not listen to questions and should be forced to take a class in how to deal with patients and their families. If you are unfortunate and she turns out to care for you I suggest asking for a new Dr.
