Back on July 29 Anderson damaged my manual transmission while they were detailing my car. I took the car back to them within an hour of when I picked up the the car, to show them the damage, and then had the car repaired. I sent them a letter with the repair bill (about $117). I did not hear from Russ for two weeks, so I called him. He agreed to pay for the damages, but never did. I sent them a follow up letter a month later, in September, again asking for the reimbursement. They never responded. Still have not reimbursed me... read more

I sent you a check 3 weeks ago.... I didn’t want to use the postal service due to the fact they suck. I prefer to pay directly. I find it odd that you didn’t want to stop in and collect the cash...

I took my car to Anderson’s yesterday to have it detailed. When I say my car was FILTHY, it was BAD. I had dog hair covering my carpets and seats, and muddy paw prints all over my backseat. I had tried to get the hair up myself , but to no avail. When I picked my car up, I was in awe. There was not a trace of hair in my car- it was SPOTLESS. Absolute perfection.
