For $850, you get great value. If you are looking for high-end luxury living, this might not be the place for you. To be honest, the price is very reasonable, and it is within walking distance of Walmart and nearby restaurants. Safety was our main priority when we moved here, and it has definitely proven to be safe.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place is a nightmare! I’m a travel nurse who worked in South Carolina for 3M and stayed here for three months. Upon moving in, I was threatened to pay the first month’s rent using a money order. Cash or direct deposit was not an option. This place asks for money orders to avoid filing it as income to prevent paying taxes. They rather make it a hassle for residents to find a place that accepts 1,350 in money orders.
