I lived at Drake from 2023–2025 and it was easily one of the best places to stay. Free breakfast and lunch during exam season, a great gym, beautiful pool, and nice study lounge. The staff were always so friendly and hardworking. Loved Kevin and Jessica!
Update: The Drake has still done NOTHING to resolve these issues. I know people are already starting to look for possible apartment complexes for next year already, and it’s only fair that I share this experience so it’s very clear that you shouldn’t sign a lease here. By the way, it’s completely possible that you’ll lose your security deposit due to complete negligence from the owners. I’ll elaborate on this at the end. Live. here ifyou want to be woke.up every other day at 8am to the buzzing noise of leaf blowing.. haven’t been able to consistently get good sleep since moving here.
