I know people are already starting to look for possible apartment complexes for next year already, and it’s only fair that I share this experience so it’s very clear that you shouldn’t sign a lease here. By the way, it’s completely possible that you’ll lose your security deposit due to complete negligence from the owners. I’ll elaborate on this at the end. Live. here ifyou want to be woke.up every other day at 8am to the buzzing noise of leaf blowing.. haven’t been able to consistently get good sleep since moving here.

I cannot recommend this place. The washing machines are frequently broken, often for days at a time, leaving residents to fight over the ONE functioning washer. When a machine breaks mid-cycle (even without overloading), you're left to fish out soaking wet clothes from flooded drums—an exhausting and humiliating experience. What makes it worse is how recurrent this issue is. The machines are "fixed," but the problems persist.
