My son has level 3 autism and hasn’t had any medicade at all for over a month!!!! Every time I call it’s the same thing( the caseworker has to review his case) well how long does it take???! I turned every bit of paperwork they told me to and still nothing. His ABA therapy has replaced him because of his absence from not having medicade, I had to cancel his dentist appointment because of no medicade, and I have to pay out of pocket for his prescriptions.
You can forget calling this local office they don't answer you get forwarded to call center These people lie,it's a different story with each person I'm on SSI..These people canceled my Medicaid for no reason Blamed it on SS, but SS shows I have insurance Been fighting with them for a month even after showing proof my Medicaid should have not been canceled. Even had a heart attack & still fighting with them Now need my heart medication that I have to have They still dragging their feet Lady at office lied to me
You can never get someone at the local office and 1 out of every 10 employees knows what they are doing.
Currently on hold to get through to someone it's been 2 hours with no end in sight. The last time I tried to call I was 1hr and 30 minutes in when someone finally picked up, I was so excited I inhaled a breath of relief and the person immediately hung up before I could exhale that same breath....
